Role Description
As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence within our consulting and implementation services. This role requires strategic planning, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions and successful project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external client projects, with an expected utilization target of 75-85%.
- Own project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Advocate and enforce the use of the Agile framework to deploy solutions.
- Conduct project workshops and regular project delivery meetings.
- Define and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and other relevant deliverables.
- Collaborate with colleagues to effectively manage resource allocations necessary to complete project tasks.
- Drive progress effectively by leveraging exceptional people management skills to positively influence individuals who are not direct reports.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level software implementation and/or consulting projects
- 5+ years of engagement/project management experience with a focus on driving quality and customer satisfaction from enterprise accounts
- 2+ years’ experience delivering projects using the Agile framework.
- PMP Certification required, CSM preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and decision-making ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Well-organized and adaptable to change.
- Fluent understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) and agile methodologies.
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 base salary plus bonus.
- Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
