Role Description

The Service Delivery Program Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for driving operational efficiency and standardization across global construction initiatives. This role focuses on:

• Identifying and implementing scalable process improvements
• Streamlining workflows and eliminating inefficiencies
• Deploying best practices and digital tools to enhance performance
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align with strategic goals
• Establishing governance frameworks for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supporting audits and ISO certification renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Compliance, Business Administration or related field
• Desirable certifications include ITIL, Six Sigma, and PMP (Project Management Professional)

Requirements

• Extensive experience gained in a similar role within a global services organization
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies, tools, and practices
• Experience managing data center construction projects
• Experience managing and leading data construction project resources

Benefits

• Base salary for this position is: $118,300 - $175,000
