Role Description

The Service Delivery Program Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for driving operational efficiency and standardization across global construction initiatives. This role focuses on:

• Identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
• Streamlining workflows and eliminating inefficiencies.
• Deploying best practices and digital tools to enhance performance.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align with strategic goals.
• Establishing governance frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supporting audits and ISO certification renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Compliance, Business Administration or related field.
• Desirable certifications include ITIL, Six Sigma, and PMP (Project Management Professional).

Requirements

• Extensive experience gained in a similar role within a global services organization.
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Experience managing data center construction projects.
• Experience managing and leading data construction project resources.

Benefits

• Base salary for this position is: $118,300 - $175,000.
• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
• Employees receive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, and 401k retirement plan.
• A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
