Role Description

The Senior, Technology Project Manager (STPM) is a senior individual contributor responsible for converting approved business and technology priorities into coordinated, executable delivery plans. The role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation and closure, integrating scope, schedules, resources, financials, dependencies, testing, business readiness, governance, and change control to achieve defined outcomes.

Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, the STPM partners with various teams and applies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery practices as appropriate.

In this role, the STPM is expected to:

• Escalate delivery risks with context, business impact, options, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience managing software development, system integration, cloud, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous objectives into structured plans.
• Sound judgment in identifying delivery threats and driving timely decisions.
• Sufficient understanding of software development, system integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, DevOps, and deployment practices.
• Ability to coach teams on Scrum practices and maintain focus on outcomes.
• Commitment to keeping project documentation complete, accurate, and current.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate decisions clearly.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with resilience to manage changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of governance, audit, regulatory, security, and internal control expectations.
