Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead AI and machine learning projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires a strong technical background, expertise in AI or software development, and exceptional project management skills. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and machine learning projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Handle client interactions, daily scrums, and P&L understanding.
- Drive Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure project documentation, including technical specifications, is maintained.
- Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stay updated on AI trends and advancements to improve project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on AI or software development.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including model development and data processing.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, planning, risk management, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
