Role Description
Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Sustainment Project Manager β Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program in MD. The position is remote. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sustainment Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of sustainment activities for a large-scale Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful transition from deployment to steady-state operations while driving operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.
The ideal candidate is a strategic critical thinker with exceptional project management expertise, a passion for process improvement, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives across highly cross-functional, multi-vendor, and client-facing environments. This individual will collaborate with government stakeholders, clinical and technical teams, implementation partners, and operational support organizations to ensure the long-term success and optimization of the EHR platform.
