Role Description

Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly

Location/Flexibility: Local to the DC Metro Area, Remote Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Guide teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values to improve effectiveness.
• Champion Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Agile values and practices.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Create an environment that minimizes distractions and supports sustained productivity.
• Track team progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
• Promote visibility into team activities and ensure access to necessary information.
• Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and communicating the product vision to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and team motivation capabilities.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 10-15 pounds at times.

Requirements

• The pay range listed for this position reflects the wage or salary range NT Concepts expects to pay for this role at the time of posting.
• The compensation offered to a successful candidate within this range will be based on legitimate, job-related factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's work location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
• Virginia Pay Range: $120,336 — $180,504 USD
