[Hiring] Senior Project Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions @Navtech, Inc.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Functional Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, particularly focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

• Project management for M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Support post-merger integration activities across multiple business units.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure accurate documentation of business needs.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven expertise in Smartsheet and other project management tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Passport number is mandatory at the time of submission for H1/EAD applicants.
• THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER ROLE. NOT AN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER ROLE.
• Looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience with Post-Merger Integrations.
