Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scope of role: Typically manages large and/or complex, multi-platform projects or programs.
• Delivery and Execution:
  • Provides subject matter expertise by following appropriate implementation plans.
  • Includes scope, goals, scheduling, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.
• Planning and Alignment:
  • Implements plans to scale processes within assignments.
  • Integrates milestones for own deliverables with related initiatives.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve productivity, cost containment and improve project performance.
• Status Updates and Progress:
  • Delegates deliverables and reviews progress against established success metrics.
  • Manages business needs and risks and implements established risk mitigation plans.
• Collaboration:
  • Identifies appropriate stakeholders and collaborates with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute defined assignments.
• Change Management:
  • Implements change approach, strategy, and plan for assigned initiatives.
  • Manages change plan throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification.
