    • Define clear expectations for when and how stakeholders provide feedback
    • Ensure feedback is consolidated, actionable, and delivered within defined timelines
    • Prevent late-stage feedback and rework by enforcing early and consistent review checkpoints
    • Facilitate review sessions and ensure decisions are made quickly to maintain momentum
    • Hold stakeholders accountable to review timelines and participation
  • Maintain Reporting and Delivery Visibility
    • Establish and maintain a consistent reporting cadence (weekly, sprint-level, and milestone-based updates)
    • Provide clear visibility into project status, timelines, risks, and capacity across all active work
    • Develop simple, effective dashboards or reporting structures to communicate progress to leadership
    • Ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned, and aware of expectations throughout the project lifecycle
    • Track delivery performance and highlight risks or bottlenecks early
  • Manage Project Intake and Coordination
    • Execute within and continuously improve existing intake, kickoff, and planning processes
    • Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, and milestone reviews to ensure alignment and clarity
    • Ensure all work entering the system is properly scoped, prioritized, and resourced
    • Coordinate timelines and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth execution
    • Support prioritization decisions based on capacity, timelines, and business impact
  • Support Process Improvement
    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or breakdowns in current workflows and recommend improvements
    • Strengthen existing delivery processes with a focus on clarity, speed, and accountability
    • Introduce practical enhancements that improve team efficiency without adding unnecessary complexity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
