[Hiring] Senior Project Manager @Everyday Dose Inc.

YDay - Everyday Dose Inc. is hiring a remote Senior Project Manager. 💸 Salary: usd 120,000 - 140,000 per year 📍Location: USA

Role Description

Everyday Dose is growing fast, and the number of projects moving at once is growing with it: new products, packaging changes, retail launches, promotions, co-manufacturer onboarding, and more. We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to own how that work gets done.

Reporting to the VP of Product & Retail Marketing, you’ll drive accountability across our cross-functional project portfolio. You’ll build the plan, set the pace, make sure every task has a clear owner and date, and follow through until it ships. When something slips, you’ll know first. When a decision is stuck, you’ll get it in front of the right people with clear context, options, and a recommendation.

You’ll work alongside experts across Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Creative, Sales, and Finance. They own the craft; you own the momentum. You won’t be designing the carton, signing off on the formula, or making supplier decisions—but you’ll be deep in the details every day, making sure the people who do are aligned, unblocked, and delivering on time.

This role is fully remote within the U.S.

What You'll Own

  • New Product Launches: Drive end-to-end innovation projects through our stage-gate process, spanning product development, operations and supply chain, artwork kickoff, launch, and post-launch review.
  • Artwork & Packaging: Manage artwork refreshes, packaging and structure changes, variety packs, shippers, displays, co-packs, and custom packs.
  • Retail & Customer Launches: Drive new customer setups and launches, including timelines, dependencies, and retailer requirements.
  • Promotions & Merch: Manage bundles and promotions, along with merchandise sourcing, ordering, creative management, and shipping.
  • Operations & Supply Chain: Coordinate projects including new co-manufacturer onboarding, ingredient approvals, recipe changes and reformulations, and cost-savings initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Build the plan: Create workback schedules in Asana with clear owners, dependencies, milestones, and gates for every project.
  • Drive accountability: Follow up consistently, hold owners to their commitments, and identify timeline risks and slips early.
  • Run the forums: Lead project meetings, stage-gate reviews, and decision forums with clear agendas, decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Solve problems: Anticipate risks, build contingency plans, and work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions rather than simply reporting status.
  • Elevate decisions: Recognize when a decision needs leadership input and bring it forward with the right context, options, and a clear recommendation.
  • Create visibility: Give leadership one clear view of project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts across the portfolio.
  • Build our project management foundation: Establish Asana as the single source of truth through project templates, intake processes, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Formalize stage-gate: Build a consistent stage-gate process with clear criteria, owners, and documentation at each stage.
  • Create repeatable playbooks: Develop scalable processes and templates for launches, packaging changes, customer setups, and co-manufacturer onboarding.
  • Improve how we operate: Run post-launch reviews and turn learnings into stronger processes for future projects.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years within CPG, food and beverage, or supplements.
  • A track record of leading product launches from concept to shelf across R&D, packaging, supply chain, and retail.
  • Hands-on experience running a stage-gate or similar product launch process.
  • Advanced Asana skills—you’ve built projects, templates, workflows, and dashboards, not just used them.
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, or artwork routing.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and the ability to drive accountability without formal authority.
  • You’re an owner who takes responsibility for outcomes and doesn’t wait to be asked what to do next.
  • You have the backbone to respectfully challenge timelines, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when a plan doesn’t hold up.
  • You’re a dot-connector who can see how work across teams fits together and turn those insights into action.
  • You’re a problem-solver who stays calm when plans change, thinks in contingencies, and comes forward with solutions.
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable challenging assumptions with facts.
  • You’re a clear, concise communicator whose updates, agendas, and decision memos are easy to understand and act on.
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment and know how to bring structure without slowing the team down.
  • You use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • You’re comfortable working remotely with a highly cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

  • PMP certification.
  • Agile certification, such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe.
  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience with functional beverages, supplements, or better-for-you brands.
  • Experience working across both DTC subscription and major retail channels.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within your first 90 days, every active project is in Asana with a workback schedule, clear owner, and live status. You’ve established a regular portfolio review with a repeatable format leadership trusts, mapped the biggest risks and bottlenecks across launches and packaging, and addressed at least one meaningful issue.
  • Within your first two quarters, launches and packaging changes are consistently hitting their dates, and risks are being flagged weeks ahead rather than days. Our stage-gate process is documented and being used across launches, repeatable playbooks and templates exist for our most common project types, and leadership is getting clear decisions to make rather than surprises. Functional leads are able to spend more time on their craft instead of chasing timelines.

Compensation Range

The typical salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000. The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes equity and benefits.
