Role Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial management, and closeout of complex broadcast systems design and installation projects. This role leads projects from initial planning and design coordination through procurement, construction, installation, system integration, commissioning, and final client handoff.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in construction project management, combined with experience managing complex technology, broadcast, audiovisual, or systems-integration projects. The Senior Project Manager must be highly organized, financially disciplined, analytical, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, installation teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires advanced proficiency with the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to use technology and data to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, labor, procurement, forecasting, change orders, risks, and project performance. Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies is highly desirable. Experience delivering projects in stadiums, casinos, higher education institutions, corporate campuses, government facilities, or similarly complex environments is also highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with significant experience managing complex construction-related projects.
• Demonstrated construction project management experience is required.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple disciplines, subcontractors, vendors, stakeholders, and concurrent workstreams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, change orders, and project closeout.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze project financial and operational data and translate it into actionable decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to travel to project sites and customer locations as required.

Requirements

• Project management experience within broadcast, audiovisual, systems integration, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, or related environments.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in:
  • Stadiums and sports venues
  • Casinos
  • Higher education
  • Corporate campuses
  • Government facilities
  • Large entertainment or public venues
• Experience managing both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• PMP certification and/or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with construction managers, general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners' representatives.
• Experience managing technology systems within active construction environments.
• Experience with project management software and construction scheduling platforms.
• Experience with financial forecasting, earned-value concepts, project controls, and detailed project reporting.
