[Hiring] Senior Project Manager @360 Fire & Flood

Role Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing multiple commercial and residential restoration projects and project teams, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with quality and regulatory standards. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors, this role drives project performance, resolves complex issues, and fosters strong client relationships. This position also plays a key role in supporting business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and market expansion strategies that support the organization’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
• IIRC certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience working in the restoration industry.
• Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.
• Familiarity with Xactimate software (preferred).
• Experience with CRM/project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Ability to use mobile devices for collection of data and time.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per 360 Fire & Flood vehicle policy.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to outdoor job sites.
• Ability to lift excess of 50 lbs.
• Ability to sustain long periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
