Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our in-house team and take ownership of delivery across multiple products, including customer-facing applications, APIs, core systems, and new product initiatives. The role covers both evolution of existing solutions and launch of new directions, working within a value stream-based organization.

• Own end-to-end project delivery lifecycle — from planning to release
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
• Drive predictability, transparency, and controllability of delivery
• Manage plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Act as the central communication point across engineering, product, and leadership
• Own and maintain delivery systems and Jira boards (structure, flow, reporting)
• Manage delivery rituals (planning, standups, retrospectives)
• Remove blockers and ensure teams can deliver effectively
• Track progress, commitments, and delivery KPIs
• Continuously improve delivery processes, frameworks, and system efficiency
• Support Product Managers in translating strategy into executable plans
• Enable teams to deliver business value, not just output

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience as Project / Delivery Manager in tech environments
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team products
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive outcomes end-to-end
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting)
• Solid understanding of flow distribution / delivery metrics
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and their practical application
• Ability to adapt methodologies, not blindly follow frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization (through leads)
