Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead training initiatives, manage multiple processes, and collaborate with stakeholders globally!
- Coordinate training & learning operations (SOWs, meetings, training programs, budgeting, quoting)
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders in English (C1/C2 level)
- Ensure smooth project execution with strategic planning & organizational skills
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in training delivery operations
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Experience with multichannel communication (Phone, Email, Live Chat - WebEx Teams)
- Strong ability to process information and turn it into actionable steps
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- PMP preferred + prior Cisco experience is a plus
