[Hiring] Senior Project Administrator @DLK Group

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Administrator to support a technology environment with a strong focus on SharePoint Online administration, project documentation and document control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online team sites and subsites.
• Manage access permissions, document libraries and metadata.
• Set up new team sites and support SharePoint configuration.
• Support and train site administrators and end users.
• Maintain project documentation and document control processes.
• Support SharePoint migrations and operational changes.
• Liaise with technical support teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Support records management activities.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 plus an accredited 1-year Project Management certificate, or a National Diploma.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience administering SharePoint Online team sites in a multi-site or divisional environment.
• Experience with SharePoint permissions, site provisioning, metadata and end-user support/training.
• Experience working with SAP CRM or another ERP system.
• Experience managing complex project administration systems.
• Experience administering project documentation, including specifications, close-out documentation, purchase orders and invoices.
• Good understanding of document control processes and records management principles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.

Requirements

• Experience within a telecommunications or technology environment (advantageous).
• 3 years' experience using SAP PSRM or a similar system (advantageous).
