[Hiring] Senior Program Manager @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Senior Program Manager – Healthcare / Clinical Device Lifecycle & Barcode Scanning. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Southern California (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of a clinical device lifecycle refresh programme.
• Coordinate with HTM, Nursing, Sourcing, vendors, and site leadership.
• Oversee programme timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage executive updates, stakeholder communication, and governance.
• Support rollout planning across multiple medical centres in Southern California.
• Drive accountability across internal and external partners.
• Ensure successful implementation of barcode scanners and related medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant programme/project management experience.
• Healthcare environment experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with medical devices, clinical technology, or large site-based rollouts.
• Ability to work onsite and travel as needed.
• Master’s degree.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience with HTM, nursing, or clinical operations partners.
• Experience managing manufacturer-led implementations.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare programmes.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $60 - $66/hour.
• Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
