Role Description

The Center of Innovation (COI) is looking for a trainer and program support professional for Family Peer, Youth Peer, Foster Care Connect and related programs. The COI provides training and program implementation support throughout New Mexico to strengthen and expand the behavioral health and other child and family-serving systems in New Mexico.

• Oversee Program and Training evaluation.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding program and training performance.
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies.
• Provide strategic analysis of program and training effectiveness to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Background in child welfare, behavioral health and related systems (preferred).
• Certified Family Peer Support Worker in New Mexico (special certification/licensure).

Requirements

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• No or very limited physical effort required.
• Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
