• Lead execution of complex, multi-workstream initiatives within the Engagement Strategy portfolio
• Translate strategic priorities into structured, executable plans
• Own timelines, dependencies, and critical path management
• Prepare executive-level updates and decision-support materials
• Track risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure delivery across initiatives
• Support governance forums and cross-functional alignment
• Drive operational excellence, frameworks, and execution standards

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or strategy roles
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to structure ambiguity into clear plans and execution
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences environments
• Background supporting Medical Affairs or regulated functions
• Experience with portfolio-level planning and governance
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
