[Hiring] Senior Producer, Live Operations @Ares Interactive, Inc.

Role Description

Ares Interactive is looking for a Senior Producer of Live Operations on Baseball Hits 26. You are a high-energy, hands-on doer who has proven you can coordinate and help lead live ops teams to consistently ship high-quality, bug-free data and product updates. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that will shape the vision and continued success of the product, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product on the 7th Inning Studio team. What you'll do

• Own the live ops data process end to end — planning, tracking, coordination, validation, and merging to production — identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
• Own the live ops calendar — planning, updates, external communication, and keeping the sources of truth current for all stakeholders.
• Be the team’s first responder on live issues — the point person for external groups, tracking and escalating appropriately and keeping all parties updated on status.
• Build long-term plans with the live ops team — content and testing roadmaps beyond the current cycle.
• Provide ad hoc support wherever the live ops team needs it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience on mobile F2P live-service products.
• 2+ years as a key stakeholder on Production, Development Director, or Live Ops teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented: you follow process, spot errors with meticulous care, and immediately fix anything out of place, no matter how small.
• Self-motivated team player who jumps in to help with anything that makes the team or product succeed.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and similar tools, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of and passion for baseball — players, teams, parks, strategy, culture, and current events.
• Demonstrated ability to apply rigor to large data sets and to absorb complex concepts and frameworks quickly.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play games and their meta-game systems; in-depth knowledge of sports games.
• Experience with the Unity game engine.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
