Position Summary:

• Carries out and facilitates Scrum events.
• Removes impediments and promotes collaboration.
• Supports the Product Owner and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of work experience.
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Adept at business intelligence.

Requirements

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
