[Hiring] SENIOR MANAGER OF DELIVERY @Authenticom

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior Manager of Delivery to help lead the successful execution of customer onboarding, technical delivery, support, and production operations for our API integration solutions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and execution of the delivery team, helping ensure customers receive a high-quality experience from implementation through ongoing support and production operations.

• Balance people leadership, operational execution, customer relationships, and technical problem-solving.
• Work closely with the VP of Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and resolve complex issues.
• Opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and improving processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, technical support, technical consulting, or related B2B technology environment.
• Experience working with customer-facing technology implementations, software delivery, integrations, or technical solutions.
• Experience directly leading or managing a team of 3+ employees preferred.
• Working knowledge of integration technologies and concepts such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and OpenAPI preferred.
