[Hiring] Senior Manager, Connect @Mayo Clinic

Role Description

The Senior Manager, Transformation - Connect will report to the Vice President, Services at Mayo Clinic Platform and will also work collaboratively with key leaders in Mayo Clinic Platform.

The Senior Manager, Connect Program & Delivery is accountable for the successful delivery, implementation, onboarding, enablement, adoption, and long-term success of MCP's strategic, complex, and high value Connect program and its related capabilities, tools, and solutions.

• Serves as an executive-level post-agreement relationship owner.
• Ensures customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through exceptional delivery execution, strategic partnership, and measurable value realization.
• Assumes ownership following the successful agreement process with Regional Market and Growth teams.
• Leads the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for MCP's largest and most complex customer engagements.
• Develops strong executive relationships and anticipates customer needs.
• Balances customer objectives with MCP business priorities.
• Establishes best practices and may mentor and coach Delivery Managers.
• Drives continuous improvement of MCP programs, delivery methodologies, governance, tools, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management and delivery.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence organizational alignment and guide partners toward successful adoption.
• Experience in managing complex, enterprise-wide implementations.
