Role Description

Senior Manager, Campaign Operations - Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.

• Identify project stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics.
• Conduct iterative requirements sessions with project team to define functional system requirements via workshops, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
• Develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on findings.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Create process models, specifications, use-cases, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce proper change request management procedures to ensure proper scope control.
• Conduct campaign analysis in SQL environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering, plus three years of experience in the position offered or a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or Software Analyst.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering, plus five years of post-Bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in the position offered or a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or Software Analyst.

Requirements

• All required experience must have included:
• Writing complex SQL statements to analyze, develop, and reverse-engineer others’ work.
• Analyzing, eliciting, modeling, verifying, and developing methodology for business and technical requirements.
• Overseeing design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Creating systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Applying statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products.
• Conducting project management, including providing oversight and guidance through all phases of project lifecycle.
• Using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), SQL Query, and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
