[Hiring] Senior Implementation Success Partner- Surgical Growth @Qventus

6d ago - Qventus is hiring a remote Senior Implementation Success Partner- Surgical Growth. πŸ’Έ Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 usd πŸ“Location: USA

Role Description

As a Senior Surgical Growth Implementation Success Partner, you will lead the most complex perioperative deployments in our portfolio, multi-service-line, multi-site, and executive-facing engagements where the bar for delivery, influence, and autonomy is highest. You will own the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sale collaboration through hypercare, partnering with Sales early to shape scope and set delivery expectations, and serving as the strategic advisor to perioperative executives, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams once delivery is underway.

This role blends engagement leadership, executive stakeholder management, technical fluency, and analytics. You will operate with broad autonomy, escalating only the highest-risk or strategic matters, and you will be expected to:

  • Anticipate risks before they materialize, design mitigation strategies proactively, and guide client decision-making at the executive level.
  • Demonstrate fluency across Qventus dashboards and reporting tools to identify gaps, surface opportunities, and build reinforcement strategies that drive sustained adoption and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, maximizing value for clients and positively impacting healthcare operations.

Join us and help revolutionize the healthcare landscape with cutting-edge technology and strategic implementation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience with a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities needed for an enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.
  • 8+ years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
  • 8+ years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams, both internally and externally, to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and to drive project milestones to completion.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex implementations with executive engagement.
  • Proven track record collaborating with Sales or pre-sales teams to scope, validate, and hand off enterprise deployments.
  • Knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions; ability to engage in strategic and operational discussions with hospital leaders and surgeons.
  • Fluency with Epic, Cerner, or comparable EHR environments, able to speak credibly to EHR architecture, integrations, and workflow implications without relying on technical SMEs.
  • Project management experience with complex implementations in the provider-side healthcare setting.
  • A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles, including fluent use of dashboards and reporting tools to drive adoption and reinforcement strategies.
  • Prior experience managing projects for hospital systems (e.g., EHR implementations) is required.
  • Skilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using a variety of tools (data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL code, complex Excel functions, etc.).
  • Ability to travel on average 25% and up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Partner with Sales prior to delivery handoff to shape scope, validate feasibility, and set clear delivery expectations for enterprise perioperative engagements.
  • Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide deployment of the Qventus Periop Solution across multiple service lines and facilities.
  • Lead large, complex perioperative implementations involving multiple service lines, surgeon groups, and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to perioperative leadership and the C-suite, facilitating executive-level discussions and guiding client decision-making on scope, risk, and operational strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships at every level of client organizations, with a particular focus on influencing executive and senior operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Specialists, and Client Success Partners throughout each deployment to identify and implement solutions that maximize client value.
  • Partner with operational and technical client teams to ensure periop implementation requirements and needs are met.
  • Leverage deep functional periop expertise to create and sustain buy-in from core users, executives, and surgeons around workflows and tool adoption.
  • Anticipate risks before they materialize, design proactive mitigation strategies, and advise internal and external leaders on resolution paths.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, implement structured approaches to close gaps, and lead change management efforts to ensure successful workflow adoption and long-term sustainability.
  • Act as the primary owner of the implementation for assigned client accounts, operating with broad autonomy and accountability and escalating only the highest-risk or strategic matters.
  • Articulate Qventus’ value proposition and create value for customers by establishing clearly defined business outcomes.
  • Create a customer base who is excited about Qventus and serves as a reference for prospective customers.
  • A passion for fixing our healthcare system.

Benefits

  • Open Paid Time Off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Professional development
  • Wellness and technology stipends
  • A generous employee referral bonus
  • Employee stock option awards
