[Hiring] Senior Implementation Manager @HealthEquity

Role Description

The Sr Implementation Manager is responsible for the strategic organization and execution of all tactical tasks related to the implementation, including funding arrangements, plan design, and technical integration associated with each deployment. This person should possess great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

• Onboard midsize clients and develop a plan design to meet their business requirements.
• Create and maintain a formal project plan.
• Deliver on quality execution and employer satisfaction.
• Move projects forward amidst ambiguous client expectations.
• Assist with the standardization of tools and processes used by the team.
• Contribute to team trainings, documentation, and lead departmental initiatives.
• Utilize product, program, and system knowledge, interpersonal communication, and social skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience within the benefits industry.
• 1+ years of experience with special projects, possessing project management skills and effective project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with project management tools required, such as Workfront and Monday.com.
• Direct client-facing and implementation/project management delivery experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Multi-tasking ability with attention to detail.
• Effective in written and verbal communications.
• Capable of working independently, self-motivated, and organized.
