[Hiring] SENIOR EVENT PROJECT MANAGER @egg

Role Description

In this position, you’ll join a team fully dedicated to one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

• Lead all aspects of multiple, large-scale projects for one of our key pharma accounts, from briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, production and content coordination.
• Ensure full alignment with client's operational standards, compliance requirements, approval processes and event procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for client's stakeholders during the implementation phase.
• Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and reporting with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Support, mentor and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery.
• Previous experience working in an event agency environment and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and client processes.
• Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive communication style, process-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management, and budgeting.
• Full professional proficiency in English & Spanish.
• Based in Madrid and available to travel regularly.

Requirements

• Fluency in French or German, written and spoken (nice to have).
