Role Description

As a Project Manager for OpenText’s LegalTech team, you will lead client engagements from kickoff to billing, ensuring seamless execution and strategic outcomes. In this high-impact role, you will work with law firms, corporate legal departments, and review partners to bring clarity, precision, and excellence to every phase of the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal consulting roles, with a strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle, the EDRM, and TAR/CAL workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; JD, MBA, or advanced degree a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and delivering client-facing services in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to legal and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with the evolving role of artificial intelligence in eDiscovery.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Experience with OpenText eDiscovery (formerly Axcelerate) is a strong plus.
