[Hiring] Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager @REDi Recruitment

Role Description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst, Project Manager or Technology Consultant with a strong understanding of the investment or wealth management industry? We are looking for a senior professional to join a business delivering complex technology transformation, platform implementation and system migration projects across the investment and wealth management sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, investments and technology and can take projects from initial requirements and process analysis through solution design, implementation and successful delivery.

You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams and specialist software vendors to deliver significant change across investment platforms and operating environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading business and process analysis, including As-Is and To-Be processes
• Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Translating business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Managing complex system implementations, migrations and platform replacement projects
• Working closely with developers, technology teams and external vendors
• Supporting RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection and solution evaluation
• Managing data migration, remediation and system integration activities
• Coordinating testing, UAT, implementation and user training
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Presenting project progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders and Steering Committees
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes, controls and operating models

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Implementation Consultant, Management Consultant or Investment Technology Consultant
• Strong experience within Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Administration, Fund Administration, Investment Platforms
• Exposure to unit pricing/unitisation, portfolio administration, LISP platforms, investment operations, fund administration, reconciliations, data migration and front-to-back investment processing
• Significant investment-domain knowledge with hands-on technology delivery

Requirements

• Experience with investment technology platforms such as Fundamental Software, Bravura Sonata, Charles River/CRIMS, Digiata, Bloomberg, pControl, StatPro/Infovest, or comparable systems
• Experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Visio or MS Project
• Understanding of investment-management technology and a track record of delivering complex change
