Role Description

As a Program Manager, you will serve as a physical security advisor and project portfolio manager for the client’s physical security technology, systems, and programs, providing technical oversight and leadership for the assigned account. This role requires a unique combination of business acumen, communication, leadership, strategy development, tactical ability, and project management skills.

  • Manage all aspects of the program from initial engagement through project completion.
  • Manage multiple projects and scopes of work.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive familiarity with low voltage and physical security technology, systems, and design concepts.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Studio and Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, SharePoint, and QuickBase.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify critical path activities, prioritize tasks and deliverables, and realize consistent progress.
