[Hiring] Scrum Master @ProFinda

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master to serve as the operational heartbeat of our development cycles. You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with stakeholders: Regularly inform stakeholders about the progress of sprints, raising risks early and often.
• Facilitating sprint planning: Ensure the team’s capacity is aligned on the goals and objectives for each sprint.
• Facilitating Backlog Refinement: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure the backlog is refined, transparent, and aligned with the product goal and roadmap.
• Conducting daily stand-up meetings: Ensure everyone is aware of progress and identify potential roadblocks.
• Monitoring progress and tracking metrics: Assess and improve technical execution through metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.
• Facilitating sprint retrospectives: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing previous sprint processes, tools, and team dynamics.
• Agile Champion and Coaching: Cultivate and champion agile best practices for the teams.
• Support release process: Ensure development items are ready to ship in the appropriate release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, specifically within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of supporting complex software release cycles and collaborating on AI or data-driven products.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion) for workflow automation and reporting.
• Strong grasp of project management principles to ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.
