[Hiring] Quality Management Systems Project Lead @SOLVENTUM

Role Description

At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. As a QMS Project Lead, you will manage Quality Management System global projects to successful completion, typically medium in scale and complexity. You will be responsible for:

• Planning, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and monitoring project-related activities.
• Leading global QMS project implementations using applicable project management tools and methodologies.
• Developing and managing project plans for project lifecycle governance.
• Conducting global cross-functional working sessions and regular team meetings to advance projects.
• Developing metrics and/or reports to monitor implementations.
• Providing regular status updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4+ years of project management experience.
• Medical Device experience.
• QMS experience.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (FDA, ISO13485:2016).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with diverse groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Requirements

• Work location: Remote.
• Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international.

Benefits

• Expected compensation range: $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
