Role Description
To effectively project manage Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio in a timely and cost effective manner across the region.
- Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores.
- Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores’ teams to manage repairs and interventions.
- Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions.
- Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams.
- Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines (Store Dev / IT / Logistics).
- All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- Fluent in English and communicative knowledge of Dutch and French.
- 3 years of maintenance management in Retail sector or similar.
- High observable level of Customer service.
- Focused on the result.
- Open and honest communicator.
- Strong team player and leadership skills.
- Assertive coupled with an empathetic and supportive style.
- Attention to detail.
- Sales ability & Negotiation.
- Planning and organising.
- Problem solving ability.
- High work ethic.
