Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Surveyor to support the successful delivery of lift installation projects from pre-construction through to installation. This Project Surveyor role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are properly prepared, technically compliant, and completed to the highest standards of quality and health & safety.

You will cover a region from the Midlands and the South of England. Acting as the key liaison between customers, sales, operations, and installation teams, you will manage:

• Site surveys
• Dimensional checks
• Pre-start inspections
• Customer communications

This is a Home-Based role, with travel to head office and customer sites. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:45 and Friday, 8:00 – 16:15.

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction industry, ideally involving platform lift installation, platform lifts, and stairisers and/or servicing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical, architectural, and construction drawings.
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Manage lift installation projects by conducting site surveys, dimensional checks, and pre-start inspections to ensure successful project delivery.
• Champion health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and site readiness before installation work begins.
• Provide expert technical advice to customers, sales teams, and operational colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and professional site management.
• Maintain accurate reports, coordinate project activities, and ensure installations.
