[Hiring] Project Specialist @NRC Health

Role Description

As a Project Specialist, you will serve as the customer-facing technical expert across our products and solutions. You will partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables. These responsibilities include:

• Coordinating timelines
• Managing requests
• Ensuring all projects are meeting or exceeding the established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards
• Attending customer calls
• Providing regular updates to customers and internal teams
• Working collaboratively to ensure customer success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Healthcare experience is a plus

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000-$81,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
