Role Description

The Senior Project & Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for:

• Establishing program structures
• Developing scalable planning and reporting frameworks
• Coordinating dependencies across technical and operational teams
• Ensuring program objectives are delivered effectively
• Translating business and operational requirements into executable plans
• Developing forecasting and performance management solutions
• Identifying risks and constraints
• Providing leadership with actionable insight to support decision-making
• Driving program enablement and continuous improvement through process development, automation, AI-assisted solutions, knowledge management, and standardized documentation

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4, Gemini)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, program management, infrastructure deployment, operations, or a related field within industries such as IT, Network Infrastructure, or Engineering
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+)
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel (up to 10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as needed
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require
