Role Description

We are hiring a Project Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of business growth and advanced technology, with a strong emphasis on Machine Learning–driven solutions. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and data science teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven outcomes. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging machine learning insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Working in a remote, fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in translating business objectives into scalable, tech-enabled marketing strategies.

• Lead and manage sales and marketing projects with a focus on integrating machine learning models and analytics into business strategies
• Collaborate with data science teams to implement ML-driven solutions such as customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Align cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering to achieve project goals
• Translate complex machine learning outputs into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance using data-driven metrics and continuously optimize strategies
• Develop frameworks for marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management using ML models
• Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and emerging technology trends
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and project governance
• Ensure adoption of best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and performance tracking

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in project management within sales, marketing, or digital transformation roles
• Strong exposure to Machine Learning concepts and their application in marketing and sales use cases
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional projects in a remote or distributed environment
• Experience working closely with data science or analytics teams to deliver ML-driven business solutions
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and performance metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and drive execution
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with tools for project management, analytics, and marketing automation
