Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Project Administrator (Level 3) to support IM/IT modernization initiatives, with a focus on enterprise records management, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination within the Government of Canada context, combined with hands-on experience in AI-enabled records automation.

  • Coordinate project activities and support project leads in planning and execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration within project teams for IM modernization initiatives.
  • Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of SharePoint Online digital workplace solutions.
  • Participate in AI-driven records management automation initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk logs.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma (required).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 36 months as a Project Administrator in IM/IT projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing IM modernization teams (within the last 5 years).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SharePoint Online digital workplace implementations (within the last 5 years).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience implementing Artificial Intelligence for automated records management (within the last 5 years).
