Role Description

The Project Manager (IT) plays a vital role in the Technology Project Management Organization (PMO), ensuring that the team is working effectively to deliver quality solutions that help the organization build resilient, best-in-class digital platforms, products, and infrastructure. This position requires the planning and execution of development work while connecting and providing transparency to our business partners. The Technology Project Manager will:

• Manage Tech-related workstreams.
• Facilitate and track dependencies between cross-functional teams.
• Provide a consolidated view (dashboard) of all project deliverables.
• Partner with the business to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Advise on Tech-related solutions.
• Translate business and customer requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Shape project success criteria around Tech-related workstreams and solutions.
• Ensure key stakeholder satisfaction and business goals are met.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

While this role is remote, candidates must be able to work Eastern Time zone hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with leading projects start to finish in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with technical architecture documentation.
• Demonstrated capability to contribute to executive-level strategy and frameworks.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Proven strength in anticipating and removing impediments.
• Experience overseeing projects to ensure consistency with organizational standards.
• Experience managing budgets, resourcing, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating across various teams.
• Expertise in leading Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Mindset of clear, empathetic communication.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wrike, MS Teams and other related project management tools.
• Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Competency in Microsoft Power BI or similar software.
• Office 365 or similar suites.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience, with at least three (3) years of direct project management experience.
