[Hiring] Project Manager, International Business Systems @McGraw Hill LLC.

Role Description

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional international business systems projects that align with business goals, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. In addition to larger projects, the role will include project managing a hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) sprint process for small enhancements.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and clear escalation processes.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and applying lessons learned.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize project management workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management with ERP/ Business related process knowledge.
• PMP (or equivalent) certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Willingness to stay up to date with innovative technologies and digital trends.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
• Experience communicating complex issues clearly with customers and internal resources who may not have English as their first language.
• Solutions-focused & critical thinking with a track record of resolving challenges effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
