Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help scale and optimize the business across client delivery, operations, systems, and business development. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and can operate across multiple areas of the business while driving structure, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Systems
  • Evaluate and improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies across the business
  • Help streamline communication, project management, reporting, and delivery operations
  • Support implementation of scalable SOPs and operational best practices
• Client Delivery & Agency Operations
  • Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with client service and fulfillment teams to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Ensure projects and deliverables remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company standards
• Business Development & Growth
  • Assist in developing and optimizing business development systems and outreach processes
  • Support sales model development, pipeline management, and growth initiatives
  • Help identify new opportunities for operational scale and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an operations professional within a marketing, digital, creative, or service-based agency
• Strong operational leadership with exposure across client delivery, marketing, and business development
• Experience improving systems, workflows, and team processes in growing businesses
• Understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and operational efficiencies is highly preferred
• Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams in a hands-on environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
