[Hiring] Project Manager, Clinical Lab Equipment Implementation @Danaher Corporation

Role Description

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation process for complex life science instrumentation including successful delivery and installation of products and services. This position reports to the Global Service Implementation Leader and is part of the Global Implementation Team and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of instrumentation and successful installation/training for customers.
• Prepare customers for successful implementations and communicate project milestones to customers.
• Build productive, proactive relationships by engaging with members across different functions of the organization including Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Field Service, and Field Applications to ensure project timelines stay on track.
• Prioritize multiple projects at any given time and establish long-term customer relationships as the main point of contact following product sale.
• Identify customer needs to educate and promote value-added services that support long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Health Science discipline.
• Proven record of accomplishment with a strong background in Sales Operations or Customer Support.
• Experienced in a customer-facing support role.

Requirements

• 20% travel, overnight, within North America.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
