Role Description

At Phreesia, we help healthcare organizations connect with patients during some of the most important moments in their care journey. Our Digital Patient Engagement (DPE) team brings healthcare advertising campaigns to life across point-of-care digital experiences, helping Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Non-Profit, and healthcare organizations engage patients in meaningful, measurable ways.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-volume, cross-functional campaign implementations from kickoff through launch. This role is critical to ensuring campaigns are executed with precision, consistency, and operational excellence across a fast-moving environment.

You’ll partner closely with Creative, Engineering, QA, Campaign Operations, Client Solutions, and other internal teams to keep projects moving, mitigate risk, and deliver exceptional campaign experiences on time. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role with strong ownership and visibility across the organization.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

• Lead campaign delivery from start to finish, owning assigned campaigns end-to-end.
• Keep complex work organized and moving by managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with confidence, aligning partners across various departments.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project documentation and workflows.
• Partner closely with Client Solutions teams to provide visibility into campaign health.
• Identify risks early and navigate change effectively by surfacing blockers and escalating issues.
• Support scalable process improvements and contribute to team-wide operational improvements.
• Help strengthen the PM function by modeling accountability and mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, or healthcare advertising.
• Strong communication skills to share updates, risks, and recommendations.
• Experience working with technical, creative, operational, and client-facing stakeholders.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping delivery on track.
• Enjoy improving processes and helping teams work more efficiently.
• Like mentoring others and contributing to a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally within campaign implementation.
• Experience in healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical media, digital advertising, or other regulated environments highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Ziflow.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Formal project management training preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
