Role Description

Onboard a person responsible for Operational projects, whether new implementations, launches or growth for current clients, continuous improvement, or any other type of project. The project manager will need to work closely with Project Stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans. Ultimately, the project manager duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards from conception to project delivery.

• Provide internal and external Operations and support teams with defined requirements, timelines, resources, and guidelines to multi-functional projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the projects to track progress and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate resources, teams, and project information.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in risk management, mitigation, and monitoring of contingencies and identification of opportunities.
• Manage agendas prior to meetings and publish meeting minutes.
• Maintain project documentation and manage related cost inquiries.
• Control and monitor flow charts for process mapping.
• Monitor purchases lead times that impact the scope of the project.
• Assign tasks to internal teams.
• Monitor the progress of projects.
• Collaborate with the project team to face and remove obstacles.
• Use tools (Smartsheet) to control working schedules, resources, and expenses.
• Issue all appropriate documentation, project communication plans, and reports.
• Ensure that standards and requirements have been met by monitoring quality control progress complying with project metrics.
• Gather and publish information on project status.

Qualifications

• Scholarship: University/College
• Languages: Advanced
• Specialized knowledge: Courses/certifications/tools related to PMP or PMI
• Computer knowledge: Office, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, Visio
• Experience: 3 Years or Equivalent in Hours leading project team
• Other: Time Management, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma
