Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex technology and operational initiatives for a variety of clients. Projects may include feasibility assessments, business case development, planning, procurement, implementation, and deployment support. You’ll be responsible for guiding projects from initiation through completion, balancing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.

You will collaborate closely with client leadership, cross‑functional teams, subject matter experts, software vendors, system integrators, and field or operational partners to ensure programs remain aligned, on track, and well‑executed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project management for complex technology or operational initiatives.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across client teams, internal specialists, vendors, integrators, and other third parties.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, workshops, and cross‑functional working sessions.
• Monitor vendor performance and contractual commitments, including deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Provide clear, decision‑oriented reporting on project status, schedule, budget, risks, and upcoming milestones.
• Maintain effective project documentation and governance while building strong client relationships.
• Forecast resource needs, maintain resource plans, and support accurate project financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Have experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional technology or operational implementations.
• Communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and field personnel.
• Can identify emerging challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
• Serve as a strong connector between business, operational, and technical teams.
• Work well independently and maintain momentum in dynamic environments with evolving information.
• Collaborate effectively in hybrid, virtual, and distributed team settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or comparable project management certification.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Experience across multiple phases of a technology or operational implementation lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five or more years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
