Role Description

I have an opportunity for a Project Manager (M&A and Due Diligence) - REMOTE and I am looking for a candidate who can join immediately.

• Position: Project Manager (M&A and Due Diligence)
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 6 to 12 Months
• Visa: Green Card / US Citizen

Update from Client:

• Need someone with strong IT due diligence in the M&A space. Big 4 or consulting experience is a must.
• Need someone with experience in apps separation, data migration, apps cloning, etc., from an M&A perspective.

Description:

• 3-5+ years of experience doing IT Due Diligences.
• Need M&A experience.
• Experience reviewing CIMs, working with C-level and Private Equity stakeholders.
• Experience in developing separation strategies and stand-alone cost/operating models.
• Good project management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior experience with Big 4 a plus.

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT Due Diligences.
• M&A experience.
• Experience with C-level and Private Equity stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
