Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll play a critical role in balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while helping teams navigate challenges and maintain momentum. Reporting to senior project management leadership, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects. You will:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Partner closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications.
• Oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.
• Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.

• Advertising agency experience.
