[Hiring] Project Manager @Daikin Applied Americas

Role Description

Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including:

• Estimating
• Scheduling
• Quality control
• Progress reports
• Progress billing
• Design review
• Coordination
• And more

Additional responsibilities include:

• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
• Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project proposals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
• Previous experience working in HVAC is preferred.
• Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 required.
