Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in commercial advertising production environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys being deeply involved in execution rather than managing teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and production workflows, with a proven ability to track deliverables, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently from kickoff through completion. Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing clarity or momentum.

This role requires a proactive communicator who is comfortable collaborating across teams, flagging risks early, and ensuring alignment at every stage of a project. You should be confident working under pressure, adaptable in a startup environment, and willing to speak up when needed to keep things on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project workflows across multiple productions
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain high standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and stakeholders
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving forward
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project participants

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a commercial advertising or production environment
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (this is not a managerial role)
