Role Description

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating internal projects, communication, and alignment activities for MSP Corp. This consists of:

• Planning and carrying out project plans.
• Regular touch points with stakeholders.
• Facilitating partnerships and synergies.
• Being a driver to ensure projects and engagement of stakeholders stay on plan.
• Coordinating various projects within the company to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing internal projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably in an internal project management capacity.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management software tools is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and related tools.
• Project management software, ConnectWise.

Requirements

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to allocate resources, including personnel, time, and budget, for each project.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and charters, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Implement quality control measures to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet or exceed company standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
